Teachers are humans who not only teach us about their subject but also one who teaches us moral values and how a responsible human being should be.Perfect example for this is Sreelakshmi Miss who have not only taught us dance but also moral values. Miss has been a greater part of my school journey and taught us dance in school. She teaches how to dance gracefully just like how amazingly she dances. She enriched with us knowledge about dance and helped us to improve our performances as well. She was also an emotional and financial support for every students and inspired us to become a better human being in many ways. I am so proud and blessed to be her student.

I’m Aishwarya S Menon, a medical student from Kapv government medical college, Trichy. School was extra special because of dance and dance programmes and, from the time I met Sreelakshmy miss there’s been no looking back. She is this epitome of uniqueness and creativity. I have been really fortunate to be a part of some wonderful compositions of her’s which helped me explore my talents and skills. She is an excellent teacher who brings the best in everyone . Her talent in organizing and conducting an event is really appreciable. I admire her hardworking and enthusiastic nature. More than anything, she is this beautiful soul who is my favorite teacher and my closest friend.

I am a first year Bcom student. I met Sreelakshmy miss when I was in sixth standard and from then to forever she will be my favorite teacher. Miss has a great part in my school life. The way she teaches is so unique and it cannot be expressed through words. Each and every composition of Miss will have some exciting element to it and most of the time she would come up with some incredible ideas for dance programs (especially Radheshyam, RajaRavi Varma paintings, Vyshnava Janatho). Most importantly Navratri dance dramas used to be a feeling for all of us. Each Navratri dance drama of our school will be recognized so well because of the effort that Sreelakshmy Miss has put in. She enriched us with knowledge on different types of dance forms starting from Bharatnatyam to Contemporary and more She is a hardworking person whose level of commitment and dedication towards her work will never drop even a bit .I am so blessed to have you in my life as my teacher. When I turn back to my school days, some of the best memories are associated with the numerous dance programmes that I took part in. Sreelakshmy miss was definitely the one who noticed my potential and gave me some amazing opportunities as a dancer. I was always excited to be a part of her choreographies and productions as they always gave me an chance to explore the artist within me. Through her works, she helped me come out of the comfort shell. The confidence that I gained from all those experiences is priceless. Her patience, love (for her students as well as towards the art) , kindness , care and most importantly her knowledge and skills in dance has definitely set an example for a good teacher in front of us. I hope and pray that she continues to amaze us in the field of art !
